Workspace
Section titled “Workspace”The authenticated CRM application and its permission-shaped navigation. The Command Deck is the workspace home.
The user associated with a record for responsibility and, where applicable, own-scope authorization. Ownership is not a replacement for the module permission itself.
Organization and contact
Section titled “Organization and contact”An organization is the account or brand context. A contact is a person connected to that organization or another relationship record.
Lead and deal
Section titled “Lead and deal”A lead is early revenue work being qualified. A deal is an opportunity progressing through a pipeline and its stages.
Pipeline and stage
Section titled “Pipeline and stage”A pipeline groups a repeatable business process. A stage identifies the current point within that process and can drive operational readiness or next-step cues.
Campaign and creator
Section titled “Campaign and creator”A campaign coordinates creator execution. A creator is a discoverable or managed talent identity; a vendor can represent a partner, supplier, or creator record depending on the operating relationship.
Sequence and suppression
Section titled “Sequence and suppression”A sequence structures outreach and follow-up. A suppression blocks an email, domain, company, or audience cohort from automated outreach.
Blueprint
Section titled “Blueprint”A reusable task structure that helps teams start repeatable work with consistent steps. It is not evidence that the work itself has been completed.
Access level
Section titled “Access level”all grants access across eligible records in a module. own restricts eligible records to the user’s ownership scope. none removes module access.
Manage permission
Section titled “Manage permission”The role matrix stores this as the delete action. In user-facing language it means manage and may control non-delete operations such as configuration, integration sync, approvals, or other administrator-level operations.
