Projects Guide

Open Projects for the delivery-portfolio overview. Filter by health, status, service, mode, owner, or client; switch list/card views; rename inline; edit status and health inline; bulk-update or bulk-delete; export to CSV. Saved views, import, and duplicate merging are available from the toolbar. You need projects read to see it, plus create/edit/delete for the matching actions.

Open a project for tabs:

  • Overview — derived vs manual health, status/health actions in the rail, AI status report, save-as-template, and (for retainers) Generate next cycle.
  • Plan — milestones and deliverables side by side. Deliverable rows show the latest Studio draft status and link to draft generation or review.
  • Studio — project-wide draft status by deliverable and the generation/review workbench. This tab appears when the rollout is enabled and you have delivery:read.
  • Governance — risks and decisions.
  • Team, Connections, Finance, Timeline, Meetings, Activity — staffing, linked deals/orgs, profitability, a merged milestone/deliverable/task timeline, meetings, and the audit trail.

Deleting a project archives it but retains its children.

Milestones are name + due date with inline edit, complete/reopen, and delete. Overdue and completed badges roll up into portfolio progress and derived health — keep due dates honest and close completed milestones promptly.

Deliverables carry name, due date, description, and an artifact kind/template picker, with a status flow (reaching accepted stamps accepted_at). Each deliverable owns at most one artifact: start one from a template, then review, approve, and publish it through the artifact review panel. The artifact action remains on its row; Studio drafts are separate until promoted into the artifact approval flow.

Delivery Studio generates AI drafts tied to a planned deliverable. Open the project Studio tab to see the latest status by deliverable, or use Generate draft / Open Studio from a Plan row. A selected deliverable and draft are kept in the URL, so review-queue links open the right work. New drafts require delivery:create; reading the Studio tab requires the rollout flag and delivery:read. delivery:manage covers brand-contract and spend-ceiling changes.

In the workbench, choose a surface, recipe, and optional brief; then review draft history and the sandboxed preview, add anchored comments, revise, complete the acceptance checklist, and promote. Promotion creates a draft artifact for the existing approval flow. Watch the spend estimate and remaining ceiling before generating.
