Quickstart

Every authenticated CRM user. Your available modules depend on the permission matrix assigned through your role or roles.

Use your organization’s sign-in method. If you are redirected to Pending Approval or Unauthorized, do not retry a restricted action: ask a System Manager to confirm your profile and access.

  1. Sign in and open the Command Deck. It is the safe starting point for the CRM workspace.
  2. Check the left navigation. It only shows modules you can read; an absent module is usually a permission decision, not a loading failure.
  3. Open a record you are assigned to or own, then make one appropriate update—for example, a next step on a deal or a task status update—only when the page exposes the relevant action.
  4. Use the global command palette (Ctrl+K or Cmd+K) to find permitted navigation and create actions.
  5. Choose your role track from Which track is yours? and continue with its linked guide.

The application checks the same permission matrix on the server. Seeing an action in the interface is not a substitute for the guard: if your role or owner scope changes, a previously available action can become restricted.

  • A module is missing: confirm that your role has read access and that its access level is not none.
  • A record is unavailable: you may have own scope and not be the eligible owner for that record.
  • A management action is unavailable: it may require the module’s manage permission, represented by delete in the matrix.
  • Your account is pending or disabled: contact a System Manager; avoid sharing session or provider credentials in support messages.
