Workspace Settings
Who this is for
Section titled “Who this is for”Authorized settings managers. The Settings landing page may show a restricted card or omit controls when the required module permission is unavailable.
Before you start
Section titled “Before you start”Identify the configuration domain and its owner. Workspace configuration can affect multiple teams, so use the specific settings page and its confirmation flow rather than changing related records indirectly.
Settings areas
Section titled “Settings areas”- Roles and permissions: see RBAC Matrix and Users and roles.
- Integrations: see Integrations; configured credentials are not proof of a live connection.
- Automations and templates: see Automations.
- Business rules and meeting-bot configuration: System Manager-only exceptions because they can change write behavior or provider configuration across the workspace.
- Data Exchange: privileged monitoring of import, export, event, and failed-row state.
What happens next
Section titled “What happens next”Configuration changes apply through server-side guards. When a setting depends on an external provider, verify its provider result separately from the saved CRM configuration.
