Campaigns and Sequences
Who this is for
Section titled “Who this is for”Users with campaigns, influencer, and sequences access appropriate to their task.
Before you start
Section titled “Before you start”Open the campaign or sequence that owns the work. Confirm the current creator, stage, delivery policy, and permissions before changing execution state.
- Use Campaign Ops to create or open a campaign, link eligible creators, and keep campaign-specific execution status and notes current.
- Use creator intelligence to review identity and fit, then attach creators through the campaign workflow rather than copying profile information manually.
- Use Sequences to create, edit, publish, or activate outreach flows only when you have the required action permission.
- Review the delivery policy, SMTP domain/profile, Listmonk handoff, suppression, and opt-in state before running automated outreach.
- Confirm activation, enrollment, removal, and policy-changing actions when prompted.
What happens next
Section titled “What happens next”Campaign and sequence records retain their own state. A scheduled or queued delivery is not proof of a successful provider-side send; investigate delivery records and provider state when confirmation matters.
Troubleshooting
Section titled “Troubleshooting”- No eligible sender profile: add or select a configured profile only with the relevant sequence permission.
- Suppression applies: do not bypass it; correct the underlying record only when policy permits.
- Creator work is restricted: check campaign/influencer permissions and owner scope.
