Integrations

Users with integrations manage permission. Some provider configuration paths, including meeting-bot configuration, are reserved for System Manager.

  • Unconfigured: required values or connection material are absent.
  • Configured, unverified: the CRM has configuration but has not confirmed a live provider response.
  • Verified: a live probe or provider action has completed successfully within the recorded verification flow.
  • Failed: the CRM received an error or a verification result could not be confirmed.

Do not describe any state as connected merely because an environment value, refresh token, or settings card exists.

  1. Open Settings → Integrations and review the provider’s displayed status and available configuration action.
  2. Use authorized connection or sync actions. A CRM-side request can still fail at the provider boundary.
  3. For Zoho invoice work, distinguish the local invoice, an authorized push request, and the returned Zoho invoice data.
  4. For WhatsApp and meeting providers, inspect the relevant conversation/meeting outcome rather than treating configuration as delivery or transcript proof.
  • Status is unverified: run the approved verification path or ask the integration owner; do not infer success from keys being present.
  • Operation is forbidden: integrations manage permission is required for manager-level sync operations.
  • Provider failure: retain the local CRM record and investigate the returned provider error before retrying.
