Section titled “Your operating path”The Team directory shows internal people, reporting lines, and sync context when your role has team access. Timesheets support operational time logging and review according to their module permissions.
Before you start
Section titled “Before you start”Team directory access and Zoho People push access are deliberately separate. System Manager and HR Manager roles can perform the People sync push; Sales Manager can view the directory but is not automatically allowed to run that push.

- Verify a provider-side sync result before treating a CRM configuration state as completed synchronization.
