The Business on One Page
Who this is for
Section titled “Who this is for”Founders and executives who have access to the CRM workspace and need an honest view of revenue, delivery, and follow-up work.
Read the Command Deck as a starting point
Section titled “Read the Command Deck as a starting point”The Command Deck summarizes the data your permissions allow it to load. Use it to identify where to investigate next, then open the source deal, campaign, task, or report before making a decision.
- Pipeline signals point to open revenue work. Mixed-currency totals are only meaningful when the workspace has the necessary conversion rates; otherwise the dashboard explicitly marks conversion as unavailable.
- Task signals show operational work and are not a claim that outcomes are complete.
- Campaign signals only appear when your role can read campaigns.
The executive loop
Section titled “The executive loop”- Review the Command Deck for changes in pipeline, active work, and campaigns.
- Open Reports for a scoped answer rather than relying on a dashboard summary alone.
- Send operational follow-up to the accountable manager through the source record or agreed team process.
What happens next
Section titled “What happens next”Use Approvals and oversight for decisions that carry financial, contract, or operating risk, then establish a repeatable cadence in A week on the platform.
