Platform Overview

Wunderkint CRM connects revenue work, relationships, campaigns, creator operations, finance, and internal execution in one workspace. The home route is the Command Deck: it brings together approved dashboard signals, current work, and quick actions without replacing the source records that own the data.

The navigation groups work into command, revenue, account, and control surfaces. Depending on your permissions, you may see leads, deals, sequences, contacts, organizations, creators, vendors, contracts, tasks, timesheets, finance, reports, compliance, chats, team, and settings.

Each record remains the source of truth for its own details. For example, a deal owns opportunity progress, an organization owns account context, a campaign owns creator execution, and an invoice owns its payment and balance state.

The CRM has 25 permission modules. A role can grant read, create, edit, and delete for each module, together with an access level:

  • all lets the role work across records in that module.
  • own limits eligible record access to the user’s ownership scope.
  • none removes access to the module.

In operational language, the delete flag is the module’s manage capability. It also gates non-CRUD administrative actions such as some integrations, settings, automation, and finance management operations. The menu, command palette, pages, and server procedures all enforce the resolved permission matrix.

Start with Quickstart for a safe first session, then use Which track is yours? to find the guidance for your role. Task procedures live once in User Guides or For CRM Admins; role tracks only point you to the right procedures.
